BookWorm

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by JK Rowling – review

BookWorm: 'I recommend this book to bookworms who can't choose what sort of book they like best: mystery or adventure'

Harry is about to start his fourth year in his magic school, Hogwarts, but can't help noticing that Percy Weasley, Harry's best friend's brother, seems to be acting oddly. He keeps telling everyone about an apparent top secret thing that's going on at Hogwarts that year.

Other people are acting strange too, like Ludo Bagman and Mrs. Weasley. When Harry gets back to school and the headmaster, Albus Dumbledore announces that Quidditch (the wizards' sport) matches are off, Harry is appalled. When he and the rest of the school are told there is going to be something even better instead and is told what it is, Harry can't wait. But then things get suspicious when Harry finds out that he is involved...

I recommend this book to bookworms who can't choose what sort of book they like best: mystery or adventure. This is the perfect book for these kinds of people because it is a mixture of both. The age group I recommend it to is 8-12 year olds, but if you are not in this group and you would like to try it, go ahead! I wouldn't be surprised if you like it if you are a mystery and adventure type!
