Fantastic Frankie and the Brain-drain Machine by Anna Kemp – review

Jessie: 'Great fun to read and it has a wonderful story'

This is an amazing book, from the image on the front cover right to the very last word.

It starts when Frankie Blewitt gets a terrible school report and his parents decide that they have to send him to Crammer Grammar, a school that takes in dull and stupid pupils and turns them into brain boxes. But with help from his new friends, Wes and Neet, can they save their fellow pupils, find out the truth about the hideous school and its horrible headmaster before it's too late? You'll have to read this to find out!

This book is extremely gripping and I couldn't put it down. It was great fun to read and it has a wonderful story.I recommend it 100% to kids aged 7+, boys and girls and I would be very surprised if anyone didn't like it!
